I’ve been living at Neuhoff for about six months, and unfortunately, I have to share a very concerning experience. For the past two months, my water bills have indicated an extreme usage—around 7,000 gallons in just 10 days—suggesting a serious leak. When I brought this to the leasing office, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. On top of that, the amenities are often locked, packages frequently go missing, and the concierge staff is not welcoming. Most alarmingly, a cleaning staff member ...
from the complex entered my apartment unannounced, and no one can explain why. For a so-called luxury building, the level of service and security is extremely disappointing. I hope management will take these issues seriously.
