Amazing place to live
March 31, 2023I had my reservations moving from NYC due to issues i heard people having with management companies here in Miami. How ever i was lucky enough to find this amazing Gem. The place is beautiful. Apartments are great clean with out any mold or any issue’s. If there is an issue the New Barn team is amazing. You call or email they show up in less than 20 minutes and they take care of any issue. I cant state enough how happy i am here with New Barn. I renewed my lease for another year. The entire staff always greets you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers (who love our dog Van Halen). The pool area is lovely. There is always ample parking, great neighbors who look out for you and very safe walkways, walkability to downtown Miami Lakes and many options to eat, shop and have fun ...right down the street.
