January 19, 2019I am a current resident and very dissatisfied with New Colony Mobile Home Park. I have lived in a beautiful home here and needed to downsize. They offered me a studio and avoided my calls on the day I was supposed to sign my lease. I did not get a clear yes or no answer until. 3 days shy of a month went past. While living in boxes and having a home sale. To downsizero my furniture. All I got from the regional manager was I'm sorry and no compensation. Poor business dealings. Buyer beware! Waited ...six months for a new refrigerator. I am a paying tenant and this is how I am treated. Voicemails are always full. No call back from management. 2 1/2 yeara of my money to be treated like this. Find another place! Say No! To moving to new colony. You don't need the aggravation.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
