September 2, 2023Very quiet and clean development should add more lights around dark parking lot area for safety reasons. I recommend anyone looking for place to live. This is where you want to call home I even told family and friends about it. September 2, 2023Relatively quiet and generally clean neighborhood . Mostly polite residents going about their day doing what they do, except for several DOG OWNERS, who are not responsible. Too many residents with dogs who DO NOT PICK UP THEIR DOG'S POOP. ***How do you pick up poop when you're walking your dog from a wheel chair It's difficult to talk with anyone about issues of concerns in at the property manager's office. (Leaving messages and emails is more aggravating than efficient. I WISH apartments ...owners were as diligent about solving the dog problem and other complaints/concerns as they are about going up on the rent every year.Property Manager Responded

August 31, 2023I’ve been here for three years and I haven’t had any problems UNTIL they decided to put “hardwood floor” in the apartment above me. When I tell you that I can hear everything I mean EVERYTHING. So if you decide to move and the upper unit has hardwood floors please consider getting rugs for a little soundproofingProperty Manager Responded
