absolutely great so far very quiet no issues , everything in apt up to date , greatest feature would have to be the hardwood floors and washing machine and dryer

Very quiet and clean development should add more lights around dark parking lot area for safety reasons. I recommend anyone looking for place to live. This is where you want to call home I even told family and friends about it. When they came to visit they were very impress of the development along how the apartment look inside.

Overall satisfied just a few minor adjustments in certain areas of my overall residence can use some improvement specifically the notification process in notifying residents on repair work to be done like a timeframe. Cosmetic would like more upgraded kitchen.

Relatively quiet and generally clean neighborhood . Mostly polite residents going about their day doing what they do, except for several DOG OWNERS, who are not responsible. Too many residents with dogs who DO NOT PICK UP THEIR DOG'S POOP. ***How do you pick up poop when you're walking your dog from a wheel chair
It's difficult to talk with anyone about issues of concerns in at the property manager's office. (Leaving messages and emails is more aggravating than efficient.
I WISH apartments ...
owners were as diligent about solving the dog problem and other complaints/concerns as they are about going up on the rent every year.

Living at New Forest has been great! Relatively quiet neighborhood with mostly friendly neighbors. There have been some one off residents who disrespect the property and common areas but overall it's been fairly nice.

Quiet neighborhood near several parks and access to several areas that are walkable. Safe environment with friendly neighbors. Extremely close to numerous grocery stores, shopping centers, and quality schools.

I’ve been here for three years and I haven’t had any problems UNTIL they decided to put “hardwood floor” in the apartment above me. When I tell you that I can hear everything I mean EVERYTHING. So if you decide to move and the upper unit has hardwood floors please consider getting rugs for a little soundproofing
