Free Parking for all Tenants! Furry friends are welcome, with a limit of 1 pet per bedroom There is a non-refundable $300 pet fee and $30 monthly pet rent. Size and breed restrictions may apply, so make sure to ask your leasing representative before applying. Security deposit is the same as the rent with a $75 administration fee per tenant. April 4, 2022This place is very musty and the appliances are old and sometimes don't work well at all. The management only cares as long as it makes them money. Definitely not worth the cost. You're better off renting somewhere elseReview from Apartments.com
