Shop til you drop! New River Farms is conveniently located just behind the Boone Mall and numerous restaurants, breweries, and bus stops. These apartments offer a 4bd/2ba floor plan. With plenty of parking for you and your guests, all inclusive rent, and fresh updates, this complex is perfect for the tenant that wishes to be at the center of it all. Units include ceiling fans, brand new luxury vinyl plank floors, and modern grey walls. Refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and washer and dryer are included in the rent as an added amenity! Free Parking for all Tenants! Furry friends are welcome, with a limit of 1 pet per bedroom There is a non-refundable $300 pet fee and $30 monthly pet rent. Size and breed restrictions may apply, so make sure to ask your leasing representative before applying. Security deposit is the same as the rent with a $75 administration fee per tenant. The rental price includes standard Internet, on-site trash dumpster, and a monthly utility allowance of $75 for water and electricity per bedroom. To apply for this property, please email us at: .     AVOID AT ALL COSTS

    This place is very musty and the appliances are old and sometimes don't work well at all. The management only cares as long as it makes them money. Definitely not worth the cost. You're better off renting somewhere else
