Our rental community is located in the heart of Brick Township, just off Chambers Bridge Road & Route 70, and only minutes from the Garden State Parkway. The Residence Club is a "boutique-style" apartment community, built in 2016 and privately owned and managed. We are just a short distance from the Jersey Shore's most desired beaches and restaurants, and within minutes from Ocean Medical Center and Ocean County College. The building is secured with key-fob entry and video surveillance throughout the property, to maintain safety for all residents and patrons in the community. Our pet friendly community has both elevator and stairwell access, to enter the building. Each apartment comes with its own private storage unit, conveniently located right outside of the apartment. Our community is easily accessible and will suit the needs of any living style!
