Floods and poor maintenance
June 16, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comI've lived at Newberry Parc Apartments for 5 years and I've watched as it all began to fall apart. Maintenance is a rotating door, never able to keep a worker for more than a few weeks. Apartments on the bottom level flood. no security cameras other than the ones that point to the office. Grounds are not kept up. Buildings are cracking and paint chips. Management is often very rude to tenants. Maintenance requests take weeks to be addressed or sometimes months.

Todos os meses uma surpresa nos valores cobrados incorporados ao aluguel. Vou para o 6o mes morando no newberry. The maintenance guys are great you call them they are there that day or the next to fix whatever needs to be fixed. My apt is very nice and clean. I would recommended these apts. to everyone.
