Floods and poor maintenance
June 16, 2025I've lived at Newberry Parc Apartments for 5 years and I've watched as it all began to fall apart. Maintenance is a rotating door, never able to keep a worker for more than a few weeks. Apartments on the bottom level flood. no security cameras other than the ones that point to the office. Grounds are not kept up. Buildings are cracking and paint chips. Management is often very rude to tenants. Maintenance requests take weeks to be addressed or sometimes months.Review from Apartments.com

August 17, 2023Piscina quebrada ha 3 semanas, em pleni verão. Vamos para o 3o mes sem limpeza dos corredores. Todos os meses uma surpresa nos valores cobrados incorporados ao aluguel. Vou para o 6o mes morando no newberry. Se vc ama sua familia e valoriza seu dinheiro, não se mude pra cá.Property Manager Responded

Awesome
July 22, 2019I love it here I moved in and just felt the welcome from the staff, they are so friendly. The maintenance guys are great you call them they are there that day or the next to fix whatever needs to be fixed. My apt is very nice and clean. I would recommended these apts. to everyone.
