May 28, 2023Good property that is starting to show it's age. I've never had any serious issues with needed repairs or issues in the neighborhood. Its a good decent place and I thin has fair rent prices. Nearly all of my appliances were brand new. After nearly five years, I'll be moving to a brand new and more expensive complex.Review from Apartments.com
Outdated/Not efficient
October 18, 2022This complex is the sister complex to the low housing complex next door. No government subsidy so it’s outdated and not energy efficient but is ran like a government housing project with quarterly cleanliness checks and constant monitoring by staff. Complex has a bug problem due to location so quarterly pest control is provided free of charge.Review from Apartments.com
