August 31, 2022Very low scale hallways smell...seen a cockroach well viewing the place if you have no other option I guess this place a doProperty Manager Responded
September 17, 2022Good Afternoon,We've been renovating the hallways at Newcastle Apartments with fresh paint, new carpet, and updating some exterior doors as well. If there is ever a pest issue we attend to it promptly with an exterminator, but they are rare. I encourage you to take a look at one of the apartments with in unit laundry. We've received good feedback in regard to this update.

Just Like Home
August 14, 2015Upon entering the apartment drive you can tell that everything is well maintained. Our apartment is a spacious 2 bedroom 1.5 bath and let me tell you it's a great value for the rent. It even has Central Air, most apartments have those loud, clunky wall or window units. It also helps that they are a dog friendly complex. When we signed the lease in the office Carol was quite a delight. She asked questions about us and got too know us and not just if we were going to be able to afford the rent. She ...made us feel like she was really interested in who she would be leasing an apartment. Her love of dogs connecting personally with us made a world of a difference.....not like the other apartment complex we viewed where the leasing agent asked if the dog was negotiable!!!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
