March 9, 2026we moved in december and this place is amazing. it’s modern and at a great price! the moving in process was easy with the help of carissa. it’s very hard to find a apartment without carpet and not outdated but this place has everything i’ve been looking for! wood floors, big windows, amazing kitchen, and the most modern bathroom EVER.Property Manager Responded

Great Place to Live
March 9, 2026New Era Apartments has been a fantastic place to live! The apartments are brand new, so more modern feeling and clean. Tons of covered parking, a storage unit on site, and the area is gated. We’ve used the gym and pickleball court a ton. Also, Carissa is so nice! We moved in from out of state and she was super helpful through the lease and move in process, and she’s quick to respond to any questions or maintenance needs. Nothing but positives! VERY GOOD SERVICE
January 15, 2026I recently moved into New Era Apartments, and I couldn’t be happier. The community is brand new, modern, and very spacious. It’s incredibly quiet, well-maintained, and conveniently located close to everything. The gym is awesome, and I love that they even offer storage units for rent. While I don’t have an electric car, having EV chargers available is a great amenity and shows how up-to-date the property is. Carissa, the Property Manager, is absolutely outstanding. She is knowledgeable, friendly, ...and extremely responsive to any questions we’ve had. She consistently goes above and beyond more than any property manager I’ve ever dealt with. Buyers beware.
September 5, 2025These are brand new units, yet there’s multiple defects that they didn’t even bother fixing before move in. I pointed out multiple while touring, but was told it’ll all be fixed before move it. It was not and not to mention they were basically telling me I had to sign my lease before I could look at the place one more time. I had to clean my own brand new apartment from the mess they left while moving stuff out and they didn’t even bother getting pest control before move in, so I’ve been sleeping ...with the bugs. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Poorly made and poor management.Property Manager Responded

Great looking new luxury apartments with a very pet friendly atmosphere.
August 4, 2025This apartment has a new feel, is clean and manicured. The office staff is super friendly. I have toured the complex and although the clubhouse is still being completed it looks comfortable, inviting and luxurious. I cannot wait until the Gym is completed to do my daily workouts. No more gym membership needed. These are luxury apartments at a very affordable price. I highly recommend that you take tour.Property Manager Responded
