No hot water
December 17, 2023Hot water is Luke warm at best year round, pool wasn’t open all summer after 5pm. Hot water went out for almost two weeks in sept/oct and now again a month later 12/15/23. How are we supposed to shower with cold water during winter ??Property Manager Responded

Beware!! I WARN YOU!!!!!
October 8, 2015Worst apartments, by far. They say most bills included yet tge charge you now for water and sewage, even though it says free. And dont get me started on the interior. No matter how clean you bring your things they will get roaches. Managment is never there. If you have a problem with the bathroom or even the littlest thing they take over a month, and by then you probably would have invested your time and money to do it yourself. If you have kids, man. They can't even go outside for a min. because ...you'll already have complaints saying your child was too loud and disrupting the peace/neighbors. And if they see you/your kids step on the grass, prepare to pay $100. If you dont pay them they wont accept your rent.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
