Newnan Lofts has the perfect amount of charm, but also functionality. It has a great location to downtown Newnan and isn't too far of a drive into Atlanta. In addition to the building and amenitites, the staff are very friendly, informative, and willing to help with whatever the problem or question may be.

A former cotton mill in historic downtown Newnan, this is a great place for those who don't want to live in the McMansion nightmare of Atlanta's suburban sprawl. High ceilings (16' ), open floor plans - not one apartment is the same as another, it's SOHO meets GA. 1st FL apartments in the primary mill building have wide plank floors while the upstairs apartments have cement floors. Just a short walk to the town square where restaurants and quaint shops proliferate, the old movie theatre is now a ...
bar with an attached pizzeria selling the best pizza south of Manhatten. The tenants are primarily white collar 30- and 40-something professionals many of whom commute into Atlanta city center. A very pet-friendly abode Newnan Lofts is a wonderful place to live.

Not like any I've ever lived in before. Huge windows, hardwood floor and very open and spacious. Very friendly staff & neighbors too.
