Multiple random fees assessed without notice, amendities paid for by the tenants are either broken, closed, or delayed in opening.
Beautiful apartments, but there has been rampant turnover in staff within the last 6 months of this location being open. 3+ property managers and several maintenance leads fired or resigned within the 6 months.
Huge red flag. Renters beware

I recently toured the great new apartment complex on Newport Avenue in Rumford. I’m so excited to be renting a unit. This complex is centrally located near my office on the East side but also close to the commuter rail in CF and 95 and 195. Kelly , the leasing is so professional and explained all the details I need to know patiently and thoughtfully. Great places to eat nearby, close to walking and bike riding trails. East Providence has a great new place to live! Check it out!
