Endangered my dog
April 21, 2023I received a notice while I was at work that maintenance needed to get into my apartment. They did not let me know that they were coming beforehand. I told them I had a dog in my apartment who was out and if they were ok with that then they could go in. Watched them through my doorbell camera; watched the maintenance guy leave my door open and the property manager carry my dog back inside my apartment. My dog ran out because they left my door open! It would have been fine if the manager had ...apologized to me, but when I confronted her she did not. As of writing this review, I have yet to receive any kind of apology from anybody. there’s a roach infestation problem
July 5, 2021This property is nice, quiet, nice gym, and good office people, but we couldn’t ignore the roach problem. It seemed like we killed a roach every week, sometimes up to twice a week we just couldn’t stay there anymore. Other than that it’s nice they just really need to do something about their roach problem, also they take forever to fix things in the apartment.Review from Apartments.com
Very nice office staff
September 10, 2019I went by the leasing office where the very nice property manager informed me that they were currently 100% leased out. She walked me thorough the application process and put me on the wait list. It was a bit discouraging that they seem to have apartments listed on several websites but have nothing to actually rent. Can’t even get a response.
July 6, 2019Always has an AD up saying it’s for rent on serveral apps but never replies to emails or voicemails. I’ve called so many times in the last month just to be sent to their voicemail, so I leave one. No call back. No replies to the emails and even went to their website to do schedule a showing. I don’t even live here and they are awful at communicating with potential buyers. If they don’t have any places to rent or the time to even respond, they need to take down their listings.
