February 27, 2025The location IS super convenient. That's the only thing nice I can say about it. Every building has roaches, mice, or both. The laundry room is disgusting. Mailboxes are broken. Management company will charge you for services without warning. Regular plumbing issues. Dumpsters are frequently overflowing because there aren't enough to hold everyone's garbage. Every year the quality gets worse and the rent gets higher.Property Manager Responded
