Overall, the apartment. community itself is quiet and well maintained, and I. have no major issues with management or the property the main concern is occasional tenant behavior such as my neighbor leaving trash in areas which can affect cleanliness aside from that, my experience living here has been positive.

Microwave has been out for a month, the steal on thr bottom front door still hasnt been replaced, asked them to spray for roaches because they are baf again and nothing has happened

The apartments were honestly pretty nice, however, the management was straight-up abysmal. No proper communication, no problems were solved, and half the time had to talk to maintenance for answers since the management didn't know for some reason.
