Management is horrible
December 21, 2023The apartments were honestly pretty nice, however, the management was straight-up abysmal. No proper communication, no problems were solved, and half the time had to talk to maintenance for answers since the management didn't know for some reason.Property Manager Responded

June 27, 2017There is ALOT of bad illegal activities, noticed a roach infestation during the first couple of hours moving in. The children here play in the dumpsters. People just throw trash wherever. The management lady plays favorites if she doesn't like you she will do anything she can to find a reason to harass you. I have lived here 4 months and absolutely hate it. Don't waste your time or money.Review from Apartments.com
LOVE IT
January 25, 2017Small town, once you get to Crosby you will not want to leave lol. I love my apartment, large 3 bedroom 2 full size bath, hardwood floors with carpet in the bedrooms. This is a new property surrounded by woods, easy access to the freeway. The manager is wonderful any issues or concerns are addressed and followed up (which I love). There is a play ground for the kids and management has special events for us, on Halloween there was pizza, candy costumes for the entire complex, Christmas the kids ...made decorations there was food and hot chocolate. It's in the club house and a lot of fun its actually where I met most of my neighbors lol. If your looking for a small community THIS IS IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
