February 15, 2026Maintenance has been slow to resolve requests. Due to the building’s location along a busy road, traffic noise is noticeable throughout the day and night. There is also very limited sound insulation between units, making upstairs noise clearly audible.Property Manager Responded

A Complete Nightmare.
November 14, 2025Despite being a brand-new building, the noise is terrible and debris from the construction materials keeps coming out. Management pretends to care, but nothing ever changes. Resident experience means nothing to them.Property Manager Responded
