Stay away
July 10, 2025This management is not very helpful. Bedbugs were reported in multiple apartments to management, we were told to wait over a week before they sent a pest company out. Come to find out a professional big corporation pest control company had this property under contract until he found out they aren't infested with bed bugs but bat bugs. The reported told them to remove the bats and then they would remove the bugs but instead the complex fired him and hired an hourly in house guy who probably ...doesn't even know what bat bugs are. Other residents reported the bugs and management told them to not call them unless they are biting, which is totally the incorrect thing to do with an invasive pest. Okay for price
June 19, 2022Cheapest apartments I have ever lived in but you get what you pay for. I live on the bottom floor and there are fleas, mold, and sometimes roaches. My a/c unit broke on a Friday and I’ve tried calling the office all weekend and they don’t even pick up I even left a message. Also the walls are paper thin and there’s almost always some kind of construction happening first thing in the morning.Review from Apartments.com

February 6, 2021I’m not sure who the previous reviewer spoke with or dealt with there. But I had a very pleasant experience when I lived there. I found the staff was always helpful. Of course there are things that were beyond their control and nothing is ever perfect. I found if I treated them with respect and kindness it was always reciprocated. I have found that most who leave negative reviews, didn’t get their way or were disrespectful. But maybe not. Good place to live, in my opinion.Review from Apartments.com
