In addition, water often leaks, and there are occasions where the fire department has been called multiple times in more than a day. August 29, 2025It's been three weeks since I have moved in. So far the experience has been amazing. I remember coming across an issue while our move-in but the situation was handled really well and patiently by the front desk official. The halls and the rooms over here are well maintained with few minor issues which was also resolved when we had put in our requests for the fixes. Big balconies makes the place feel more homely. The location of this apartment complex is great as well, all the restaurants and ...grocery stores are just at walking distance. Additionally, the streetcar accessibility is amazing, all you got to do is get down and the streetcar station is right there at few seconds of walk. May 26, 2025Positives: My unit is nice and the overall location is good and within walking distance of a lot of coffee shops and restaurants. The underground parking is convenient. The main swimming pool is nice and cold. The property manager is nice and was helpful when I had an issue retrieving my mail. Negatives: Deliveries cant be made after the office closes, as drivers have no access to the inside or mail room. Hot spas are non functional, and apparently have been for months.
