Helpful staff
May 12, 2026The staff (crystal) is very helpful and easy to talk to. they will even go around and move packages that have been out for too long into delievery room to keep it more secure. The maintenance are also relativly fast to respond, often able to implement the fix on the same day. The space is good, but there are some occasional small vibration / noise from the train nearby. Dirty and NOT Luxury living at all
December 2, 2025The building is dirty from when you first enter. The carpeting is beyond dirty and stained. The flooring in the lobby looks like it has not been professionally maintained. First impression is everything correct. Take a look at the blinds of the leasing office when you first enter, they are a mess, missing blinds, and parts of blinds.Review from Apartments.com

After a year, I couldn't help but want to renew early!
August 17, 2019I have been a resident at the Luxor Lifestyle apartments since September 2018. I can say out of my experience with luxury apartments, this is one that I highly recommend. There are many ways to rave about this place. From moving in, the leasing experience was seamless. Both Courtney and Amy were a relief and a pleasure to work with. They were readily available for appointment to answer any questions and was transparent from the gate about what was expected from me and what they offered at a steal ...of a price for everything offered. I can say after signing my renewal they have exceeded all of my expectations from the initial conversation. They have a great community, many places to entertain guests and the as a resident it feels so worth the costs. Zoey, the Luxor's community specialist puts on wonderful events from pool parties, happy hours, different fun activities for residents through out the month. The apartment stands by the luxury title with high end finishes, great amenities, responsive on site maintenance crews, fun events for residents, close to anything you need from groceries to a brewery for a night out. Horrible! Don’t be fooled!
February 9, 2019It smells like weed, leasing office is absolutely rude, many amenities don’t work, and it is constantly loud. The washer and dryer barely even work! The water is cloudy and unfiltered which caused me to break out into a rash since I’ve been living here. Not worth the price and I can’t wait to end my lease.Property Manager Responded

Not worth the price
July 25, 2018The first impression of the building might be amazing. BUT! Once you live there you would know how bad it is to live there. The leasing office people are not professional and are not doing their jobs! I had called them for a week, left messages, and emailed a few times, I got NO ANSWER! they like disappeared! Speaking about the apartment, you could literally hear your neighbors talking, both in bedroom and living room. I got woke up early in the morning every weekend because my neighbor's child ...is crying. BTW, make sure you clean your apartment like a brand new one (not even a dirt on any thing) when you move out,otherwisee they will going to charge you whatever they want for ridiculous reasons.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Aesthetically pleasing LUXOR sign slowly glows Day & Night all colours of the rainbow to Welcome you home... reminiscent of what’s to come. Upon secure entry to the building with key fob access or iPad connect to a resident upon your visit expect to be greeted by a host of ivory ...leather chairs (with usb charging ports, of course), hip satellite tunes, orchids and modern-contempo light fixtures. Head to your home or enjoy a lemon tea over ice and share a game of foosball, pool or possibly shuffleboard with your super cool neighbors. We don’t let winter weather deter us because access to the infinity pool is just around the corner- our courtyard boasts chic lounge seating for gathering and gossiping amongst fire pits, grilling and bocce ball if you prefer or help yourself to a golf club and perfect those putting skills. Garage parking, pets practically mandatory, events you actually want to attend. Totally Luxor. All day everyday. January 27, 2017New tenant here--just moved in. This is going to be one of those reviews where you read it and say, "Mmmhmmm...sounds like a leasing director wrote that." But, it's real, and that good. I'm seriously in love with this place. How often do you get to be the first person to live in a brand new apartment? This place is state of the art, with every amenity possible. Very spacious apartments, and I'm on the first floor, which has really high ceilings, giving the effect of much more open space.
