    First time living in south Austin and this complex is very clean and neat. If I had more friends in the area I would recommend them to live here as well!

    Overall, I love these apartments and the location as well as how the apartments look. But in regards to the parking, I think it’s a little ridiculous to charge your residents so much and not have enough parking spots to begin with. People made their own parking because walking from different buildings is kind of inconvenient and then taken away because a few complaints were made. I’m sure people have also complained about not enough parking spots but I don’t see any solutions besides charging ...

The only parking fees apply to residents who choose to rent a carport or a two-car garage.     The experience living here is exclusive and very rewarding; there was a period when thieves broke into my garage and sabotaged my car; but other than that everything else has been good

    Nexus at goodnight is a quiet complex that for the most part doesn’t have many issues. It’s in a great location to be near a lot while simultaneously being far enough way to not feel congested. Grounds pretty clean. No issues

    Its a nice place to live, and at one point was all brand new. There seems to be some issues with spending money on larger maintenance issues; I don't think they want to spend the money on "big ticket items", like costly repairing broken wiring for outdoor pole lights @ building 9, (3 pole lights don't work, and have never worked) or spending money repairing broken wires feeding wall pack lights on the side of building 2. These have also never worked, but are supposed to light the sidewalks ...
    around building 2. Ironically, the marquee sign for Nexus @ Goodnight at the entrance drive also doesn't light up at night, as the wiring is broken. They did shine a small solar light on it when I mentioned it to them. So they are aware of the issues. Just don't expect them to spend money on big ticket items.

    The community is definitely a good community. All my neighbors are great the staff is great but there is not much parking for some people with out buying a garage. Or carport and that sometimes is an inconvenience but overall it’s been a great 3 years.

    The staff and management are wonderful. People are friendly that live in the community. Do not leave anything in your car as multiple neighbors have had their cars broken into. Also if you plan on having a quiet space, forget about it, you can hear your neighbors breathing through the walls.
