Building is good nice atmosphere and people. The amenities are nice even is missing a closed pool or sauna. But the gym and the bbq area is great.

So far everything has been great! The amenities are perfect for what we need, and the entire staff is welcoming. The apartment location is ideal for someone who works in west loop (20 ish minute away), and has a lot of friends in old town / Lincoln park. A lot of restaurants in the area plus good grocery stores.

The welcome meeting was really good. Lizette took me around the building, provided me all the necessary stuff and answered my hundreds of questions. The building almost feels like a neighborhood because almost every time you get in the elevator there will be a dog with you which automatically makes everyone more friendly. I love niche 905! I use their gym everyday and I’m starting to see a difference. Their elevators work fast. The dog park is sensational! Everything in this building is so convenient and management has been so nice!
