March 10, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comThese apartments were built in 1974 and it shows, right down to the lead paint warning letter/waiver that my husband and I had to sign during our lease signing appointment! My bad because we should have gotten up and left, but my husband needed to relocate to Pickaway county for work and we were desperate as well as in a hurry.
