Unprofessional and building not built properly

Management shows obvious favoritism. Management will have her friends bully you, after you call her out on her shenanigans. Management does not reply to anything within a timely manner. Management will give you fees over anything she feels is unfit even if what she’s upset about isn’t in the rental agreement. Management will lie to get away with trying to evict you over things not in the rental agreement. Managements spouse is the “maintenance” man, no he’s not licensed. Management will fight you ...

over giving you legally required fire extinguishers. The buildings electrical work does not work correctly and constantly pops fuses. The building is infested with carpenter ants that live under the foundation. Doors are not put on correctly, stairs are not attached to side walls. That building its self has settled so much that there’s massive cracks all through walls and ceilings. Flooring pops up when you mop with warm water. With the building being so settled the windows have a hard time opening. Sliding doors do not seal creating a huge draft. She will increase your rent one week before rents due, and yes she fully expects you to pay the increase or be evicted
