June 29, 2016We have lived at Nieuw Amsterdam for over 10 years and have enjoyed living here the entire time. It is so convenient to all shopping and going into Philly for all the entertainment. DO NOT LIVE HERE
October 14, 2015In the 3 months I lived here, I had multiple issues with mice infestation and a patio that was caved in so bad that rain water flooded my entryway. Despite the unsafe living conditions, it took them over a month to get someone to fix the issue and I was still forced to pay for the patio I could not use. As a going away gift, 180 was take out of my deposit for a 1" crack in a microwave handle to which they can provide "no work order". Let this be your warning ... Nice, quiet, starter apartment
September 23, 2015This is a great place to get started. The playground, pool, and lovely open spaces make for a family friendly atmosphere that will be a great place for us to get started. Poor
August 8, 2015Rent is high and Ur privacy is scarce. They go through office managers often and then are never nice or accommodating. For the money I spend I wish it was nicer and I felt violated when they came through to check the smoke alarms and then went through all my stuff.Review from Apartments.com
Great place
August 2, 2015I live in the nieuw Amsterdam apartments in Marlton nj. All the apartments have their own entrances to their doors. We only share a porch with one person instead of many. It's a very quiet neighborhood. There are plenty of places within walking distance. Rita's, Wawa, and a couple restaurants. We are half a mile from route 70 and route 73.
