Bait and switch

Apparent great location but dismissive staff and poor service. If they treat customers this way - cannot imagine how they treat you once lease closed. They quoted one price when touring, confirmed via email, and when we sent application and placed deposit - they changed lease duration and agreements. Now will not answer phone calls and emails. I am a physician, good background, financially stable. Would stay away as very poor business practices - bait and switch - unresponsive and dismissive.
