This is to serve as a warning to all consumers considering leasing an apartment being managed by Sequoia Equities. The advantage of Niguel Summit apartments is solely it's location in south orange county and the work ethic of the maintenance team.

Additionally, demand that your contract is provided to you in hard copy because they will unilaterally alter it and reject any requests for corrections by claiming you were only offered a 11 month, 3 weeks. Get your agreement in writing (email or any), be sure the terms are clear in said email or letter.
Don't expect their corporate office to act fairly or respond to obvious documented fraud/habitability issues. The deceptive practices are absurd and accurate. They'll exclaim that anything they do is as a courtesy to residents, but its a spin and aimed at embezzling funds from residents.
