        Overall, Nineteen01 is a nice place to live. Generally quiet, even on weekends. Pet friendly and perfect for couples. Management and in-unit maintenance services are prompted and friendly. Could be cleaner - trash and spills seem to be everywhere.

        I have nothing good to say at this time. On the contrary, I would say don't rent here, there are roaches, the property is filthy, and the amenities are broken and never fixed. Also don't rent here because there has been an increase in theft.

        Just like everywhere else, nineteen01 has its pros and cons. Pro: luxury living. Rooftop pool, great community space. Con: parking. Lack of available spaces to rent through nineteen01, but plenty of third party spots to reserve for a fee each night. Some things are done to the best of their ability, ie communication and follow ups, but nineteen01 lacks in prioritizing residents. Staff is communicative and friendly.         I recently moved into Nineteen01 and am very pleased with the community. The clubhouse is beautiful and full of great amenities, including a pool table, ping-pong, and foosball. The fitness center is impressive and well-equipped. The rooftop pool area is a highlight with comfortable cabanas, plenty of seating, and a large screen TV.         The price for this place keeps going up while the quality keeps going down. Every day, I pull into a complex that has discoloration and wall drippings beneath a Luxury Living sign. The tour guides take the elevator while the stairwells stay gross.

      • Avoid at All Costs

        Moved in September of 2022, moved out July 2024. Place was great at the start, but had a steady decline that accelerated sharply when the new management company took over. So many people have been leaving. Just a few things: -My mail has been stolen from my mailbox twice. I've had several hundred dollars worth of packages stolen from the mailroom. The locked door means nothing if they prop the door open. -The gym equipment broke and was still broken by the time we moved out. The pool was ...
        regularly closed for weeks or months because of "ducks". Yes, seriously. -My car was broken into while in my spot. The gated Residents Only part of the garage has had the door wide open for months so anyone had easy access to all of our cars. -There are anywhere from 20-50 homeless that live right outside the gates at all times. -Nowhere near worth the insane rent prices. -They now want the tenants to pay for guest parking, as well as an additional $100 a month for a second spot for our 2 bedroom, the spot we already had. All of these are major issues are problems, but the management is what really gets them 1 star. They are unresponsive, unempathetic, and incompetent. I spoke to the manager and assistant manager several times about issues and was assured they would follow up with me. Several months later I still heard nothing from them, as is the custom for them. They don't care when your property is vandalized, they don't care about the fact their rent increases are ridiculous, and they just don't seem to care at all. It honestly feels like they're trying to get people to move out. I would avoid this apartment at all costs.
