        It's truly regrettable that you've neglected cleaning the hallways on each floor. you're filthy and desperately need a deep clean. This problem has gone unanswered and unsolved for at least 5 years. It's incomprehensible why they're not doing anything to fix it. Thank you for your attention.

          Thank you for sharing your concerns. I know the hallway floors haven’t been where they should be, and I’m sorry for the frustration this has caused. Our floor scrubber unfortunately broke and can’t be repaired, so we’ve ordered a new one. Once it arrives, each floor will get a full deep clean, and then we’ll move to a regular cleaning schedule so this doesn’t happen again. We appreciate your patience while we get this resolved.

        Unfortunately, I can't give a good review. As I stated above, the complex seriously lacks the luxury feeling it used to have. So much maintenance is needed, painted, fixed, and upgraded. I can't even see the parking space numbers or see out of my windows because of dirt. Very sad, but the complex has gone downhill over the last couple of years.

        We have been at Nineteen01 for almost 2 years now and have enjoyed our overall experience, good location, and friendly staff. As every apartment can need minor improvements, there are no major concerns with Nineteen01, as they provide the necessities while also offering reasonable rent. We hope the price stays that way and are able to stay here longer, as we do enjoy the summers with the rooftop pool.

        Overall, Nineteen01 is a nice place to live. Generally quiet, even on weekends. Pet friendly and perfect for couples. Management and in-unit maintenance services are prompted and friendly. Could be cleaner - trash and spills seem to be everywhere.

        I have nothing good to say at this time. On the contrary, I would say don't rent here, there are roaches, the property is filthy, and the amenities are broken and never fixed. Also don't rent here because there has been an increase in theft.

        Just like everywhere else, nineteen01 has its pros and cons. Pro: luxury living. Rooftop pool, great community space. Con: parking. Lack of available spaces to rent through nineteen01, but plenty of third party spots to reserve for a fee each night. Some things are done to the best of their ability, ie communication and follow ups, but nineteen01 lacks in prioritizing residents. Staff is communicative and friendly.         I recently moved into Nineteen01 and am very pleased with the community. The clubhouse is beautiful and full of great amenities, including a pool table, ping-pong, and foosball. The fitness center is impressive and well-equipped. The rooftop pool area is a highlight with comfortable cabanas, plenty of seating, and a large screen TV.         The price for this place keeps going up while the quality keeps going down. Every day, I pull into a complex that has discoloration and wall drippings beneath a Luxury Living sign. The tour guides take the elevator while the stairwells stay gross.
