I've recently renewed my lease for the 3rd time at Nob Hill Apartments. Portland is experiencing insane rental costs recently, and thankfully my rent here has stayed pretty consistent over that time. There may not be any fancy amenities like a pool or fitness center, but it has what you need - including laundry and maintenance. storage available for an extra fee. The main selling point of these apartments is the location. You can walk to tons of cafes, restaurants, bars, and shops; multiple types of public transit; and tons of parks (including Forest Park). It may not be fancy or full of high-end amenities, but with decent apartments, in a fantastic location, at a reasonable rate - what more could you expect?
