Misleading
January 20, 2025It wasn’t on apartment listing sites that many units are income restricted. Also to note there’s a firehouse directly across the street and it is noisy. Before the tour they also tell you of all the add on fees to live there, so take the base pay of what it says and add at least $200Property Manager Responded

Move in was terrible
January 14, 2025Our keys were swapped at move in and we were given the wrong ones and were locked out of the apartment on day one and the management refused to help us even though they’re the ones who made a mistake. We had to call the police to help us late at night. Very distasteful and bad move in experience not much organization and respect for us as tenants form the one maintenance guy.Property Manager Responded

Save yourself some headaches
May 16, 2024This place has been through 3 owners since I got here in 2020. Living here was not terrible until a few weeks ago when the new owners took over. If it was not for this issue I would’ve left 4 starts. But because of this one thing, it’s going down to 2. My dryer broke 2 months ago. I made calls to the office, did a few maintenance requests and nothing. I’ve had to pay to wash and dry clothes for 2 months for a family of 5. So happy Im leaving in June.Property Manager Responded

January 15, 2024The appartment is very nice with no defects. The parking spots are insanely tight and I scratched my car on my first try. Flexible leases are a big plus. No fitness center is a downside, but there's a local gym that's not too expensive.Property Manager Responded

January 6, 2024Maintenance sucks. Apartment was lease in bad condition for the amount of rent we paying not only that they claim to come to repair the damages that was at the place when moving in and never came. Honestly I will not recommend this residence at all.Property Manager Responded

December 1, 2023Pros: The View on Nob Hill is a residential community that offers one, two, and three-bedroom apartments in Elmsford, NY1234. The apartments feature air conditioning, granite countertops, in-unit washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances. The community has a reserved parking, and 24/7 emergency maintenance. The property is within walking distance to restaurants and shopping, and has easy access to New York City and White Plains via Metro North stations and major highways. Cons: For whatever ...reason, Sometimes the leasing office goes unresponsive to calls and emails There is very limited guest parking.
