    need new windows. i have to keep my heat on 80 to stay warm i can hear the people above me walking but the apt was nice and clean and ready to move in

    It started off rocky. My apartment was not cleaned so I had to wait for a couple of days for the cleaning lady to come clean. But it is all done and I feel better

    Move in was good. The only problem was there was a thick bluish greenish mold like substance in the cabinets next to the stove. I did buy some Lysol mold and mildew cleaner and cleaned it up. Also my apartment stunk like smoke really bad but my rent was reduced my 65 a month which I thought was fair.

    Our experience has been great, everyone in the office is professional and friendly. The maintenance crew is fast and also friendly. I really enjoy taking walks with dogs in the common areas. I love the layout of my apartment it's very spacious, the large covered patio is also a definite plus.

    Beautiful place, nice and quiet. I love how fast my concerns are replied to and fixed. Apartment managers are nice and easy to talk to, and solve problems quickly. I’ve never had a big problem here and love living here

    Has been really nice and everyone is very friendly . We love the swimming pool and the house was very clean. Love that there so pet friendly. The property is very well maintained and clean don't have any complaints.

    Its a cute little community. Some bad apples, but who doesn't have some? Overall a nice place to live. The windows and doors need redone, as during the winter you're freezing, and during the summer youre melting. Unless you're a millionaire who can afford your electric being astronomical
