October 16, 2025Move in was good. The only problem was there was a thick bluish greenish mold like substance in the cabinets next to the stove. I did buy some Lysol mold and mildew cleaner and cleaned it up. Also my apartment stunk like smoke really bad but my rent was reduced my 65 a month which I thought was fair.Property Manager Responded

September 22, 2025Our experience has been great, everyone in the office is professional and friendly. The maintenance crew is fast and also friendly. I really enjoy taking walks with dogs in the common areas. I love the layout of my apartment it's very spacious, the large covered patio is also a definite plus.Property Manager Responded
