October 24, 2021The building has cool vibes, it feels more like a hotel than other apartment buildings. The apartments are nice and the cafe in the lobby is run by nice people and is a convenient place to hang. It’s been a good home.Review from Apartments.com
Terrible
July 12, 2021Awful experience renting from these people. Dangerous neighborhood, filthy common areas, loud bar right by your window on weeknights, and arrogant, greedy landlords. One of the worst experiences of my life and I have rented in Boulder Colorado for years.Review from Apartments.com
Clean Design, Friendly Staff
July 8, 2021The building has great design, it's super clean and modern and its great to have a coffee shop right on the ground floor. It's also easy to commute from the Max stop right out front. The property managers also hosted a brunch on the roof for the 4th and it was a great way to kick off summer.Review from Apartments.com
