October 24, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comThe building has cool vibes, it feels more like a hotel than other apartment buildings. The apartments are nice and the cafe in the lobby is run by nice people and is a convenient place to hang. It’s been a good home.

July 12, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comAwful experience renting from these people. Dangerous neighborhood, filthy common areas, loud bar right by your window on weeknights, and arrogant, greedy landlords. One of the worst experiences of my life and I have rented in Boulder Colorado for years.
Clean Design, Friendly Staff
July 8, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comThe building has great design, it's super clean and modern and its great to have a coffee shop right on the ground floor. It's also easy to commute from the Max stop right out front. The property managers also hosted a brunch on the roof for the 4th and it was a great way to kick off summer.
