    Living here has truly exceeded my expectations. The entire building is clean and fresh—no odors or weed smells—which I imagine is thanks to the management’s careful screening process. I’ve also been impressed by how quickly the maintenance team handles repair requests. And a huge shoutout to our concierges—they’re the real stars of Nomia!     I absolutely love the area where Nomia is located! It offers easy access to Piedmont, Midtown's incredible restaurants, plenty of shops and grocery stores, and especially the High Museum. For someone like me who enjoys walking, it's surprisingly walkable for Atlanta, which is a huge plus.     I initially moved here because I knew this building was under great care and management with Aisha. I do not know the new property manager, he has not formally introduced himself and can not speak to where the quality of this building is going. We are all on edge and nervous that this could go from luxury to lackluster under the wrong leadership. I hope my feedback is taken as constructive and changes are implemented very soon.
