July 24, 2025The apartments themselves are beautiful: spacious, modern, and located in a great area. I truly wanted to make Nona Park Village my future home. Unfortunately, the management team will make you regret even trying. I worked with Malari and Alyssa throughout the application process, but I constantly had to follow up just to get basic information. It felt like they had no interest in helping me, even after I told them how interested I was in the apartment. I was denied the same day I applied and ...paid $180, without being given the opportunity to fix anything, even though the issue was minor and only related to one applicant. The same unit was relisted immediately, even though they advertise the apartment will be on hold for 3 days. The move-in date I was originally quoted also disappeared overnight. Every time I asked for clarification, I received vague, generic responses with no real explanation or timeline. I was told the manager would call me. That never happened either. The leasing team gave off the impression that they couldn’t care less whether you’re approved or not. If this is how they treat people before moving in, I can only imagine how they handle things once you’re a resident. Beautiful property, but very poor experience with the people who run it.Property Manager Responded

May 11, 2023First, when I moved in the apartment was filthy. And when I say filfty, I mean bugs in the fridge and dried ketchup all on the counters. Than they had the nerves to say they cleaned until I showed them that they didn't. I gave a pass cause I always have cleaned myself anyways. But still nasty for a move in. I shoulda ran than. Now my ice maker been broke since April. Put in two work requests, both closed like it was fixed but of course it wasn't. Just left ice maker hanging. Called them and they ...didn't even see the order. I think they never ordered one but okay. She said be fix 5/6. Well it's 5/11 and not fixed and no communication. I'm calling tomorrow to hear some more lies. Gotta buy ice everyday day just to have a cold drink. So got a fridge that don't make ice. Got the old ice maker just hanging in the fridge. Barely can put food in there now. Between hanging ice maker and bag of ice I have to keep. My rent paidon or b4 the 1st every month and they can't do their jobs. They will not get another cent from me until it's fix. I will put in a savings until they do there job. I can see going thru my whole lease without them fixing as long as there getting there rent. Over a month to fix an ice maker. U kidding me. MOVE HERE AT UR OWN RISK.Property Manager Responded

Worst place ever with management
March 10, 2018It is a nightmare moving in. The people who are the consultants are unorganized and very rude. Highly recommend going somewhere else in lake Nona because it’s the same price everywhere.Review from Apartments.com

September 15, 2015They have a great look, but administration is ridiculously incompetent and rude except for the assistant manager Jessenia and a lady at the front desk named Heidi. You hear everything around you and you can't really tell where the noises are coming from due to the echo, some idiots(neighbors ) won't understand that and would blame you for the noise. August 13, 2015From the first time looking at Nona Park Village I feel in love with the apartments. It's like living in a resort not our typical apartment complex. The Office Staff is friendly and very pleasant to talk to. They never fail in helping you put. The maintainance is spot on. When you have a problem with your apartment they are on the ball to fix it.
