CA’s and leasing professional have been so help and great! I also have had a.m great time living here and made a lot of friends. Property is close to campus and close to a lot of restaurants and a grocery store.

Since the management changed, Nordheim has undergone a renewal. Landscaping has improved the look and feel of the grounds, including a small pond that now hosts wildlife such as ducks, chipmunks, and squirrels (I love sitting nearby and having coffee while waking up). I have only lived at Nordheim since last september, but my roommates tell me the communal life has changed drastically–Nordheim now hosts cookie parties, barbeques. We have dishwashers, fully furnished apartments, and utilities are ...
included with the rent, which eliminates roommate-inspired end-of-month panicking.

It is not the best but also not exactly the worst. Staff is really nice but I feel the apartment amenities could be taken better care of. There have been instances of elevators being down, broken locks, construction that vibrates buildings. The trash room and laundry room is far if you live in the buildings 6,7, and 8. If there is any inconvenience you will get an apology but they are not prompt in finding a solution.

good environment! Broken appliances that ended up having to be fixed by tenants because maintenance was not able to fix permanently. The pond is also very very scummy and off putting for people living on the lower level

I live in a four bedroom with some of my best friends, the community is great and clean, the shared spaces are a huge perk, and having a fully furnished apartment after moving across country was a major stress reliever.

Staff is lovely, maintenance is quick and easy, and i genuinely love being here! The only downsides would be the construction noise which is out of nordheim’s control and my car was broken into (partially my fault i left it unlocked)

There are good amount of amenities that come along with living here. But this year it felt like there were a couple of consecutive issues. Some examples are the printer, and the elevator. Despite these things, I would say it is an overall nice apartment to live at.

I am quite satisfied with the cleanliness and quality of the provided appliances. The area is also very quiet, which I greatly appreciate. My only issue is that the community events are few and far between, which is a shame because they are enjoyable.
