January 13, 2026My experience has been good. The location is great because it takes just 10 minutes to get to campus. It’s also close to QFC and the rest of uvillage. I chose this place because it was the best price I could find, and it’s worked out well.Review from Apartments.com

December 1, 2025Basically no amenities except a cramped workout room and a pool table. Staff are terrible at responding to emails messages voicemails or calls and wasn’t able to contact a single person until I was there after dozens of calls and only one single question out of dozens were answered by the time I got there even though I submitted questions months in advanceProperty Manager Responded

October 27, 2025I really enjoy living here! The staff are super nice, accommodating, and quick to help come up with solutions to potential problems. The staff puts on fun events, such as puppy yoga, grocery bingo, and even things you don't have to participate in. I got a bag with goodies, including a facemask, eye mask, gushers, and hand lotion, just when I was going to pick up my package!. The apartments are super nice, I'm in a 4x2 flat, and the bedrooms are super spacious, my friends who live in different ...places all mention how big our bedrooms are!Property Manager Responded
