I just wish they were a little more organized with construction and maintenance so that we have a more narrow notice for when maintence ppl come. Also would love reduced rent since there’s construction right next to my unit.Property Manager Responded

February 17, 2026My residential experience has been great by far. I have been living here for about 2 years now and I have not had any single regret. Its location, proximity to campus and University Village shopping mall, amenities and friendly staff! All these were factors of my choice and they remain unchanged.
