Maintenance has always Responded in a timely manner, up keep of the outside has been fine along the pool area also. June 24, 2025The pool has been dirty for a month now. After contacting Nordica Bay multiple times, our building manager has gone radio silent and nothing has been fixed. He tried to convince me it was clean but the bottom of the pool is dark yellow and the water is murky. The elevator was not working. We never received an email about this and there was never a note on the elevator to NOT use it. This was a safety hazard. The drying machines are not suitable. I have to pay double for the dryer to dry my ...clothes again because it simply does not work the way it’s expected. All in all, the amenities are not up to par with what we thought we were getting. Also, we have stopped asking for maintenance to fix anything because they never really do. Our airconditioner continues to fill with water that we have to empty weekly, our sliding glass door still is not fixed, our hallway closet door is still broken, and our dishwasher can’t open without us opening the bottom sink cabinet.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
