June 11, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comThis complex was in much nicer condition 2 years ago. The hallway walls are in need of fresh paint as are some doors. One of the Buildings is looking much worse inside than the other as far as looking clean. There seems to be much more noise now and rules are not being followed. Maintenance is great. They always respond immediately and are friendly. The grounds are in need of a lot of work. Palm trees around the pool are dying and the grass in one area is nonexistent. There is much more ...competition with newer complexes opening in St. Pete with all kinds of amenities that are not here, yet they keep raising the rent. Many people have moved out when it used to be full. They do love dogs here which is great!Read More

June 24, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comThe pool has been dirty for a month now. After contacting Nordica Bay multiple times, our building manager has gone radio silent and nothing has been fixed. He tried to convince me it was clean but the bottom of the pool is dark yellow and the water is murky. The elevator was not working. We never received an email about this and there was never a note on the elevator to NOT use it. This was a safety hazard. The drying machines are not suitable. I have to pay double for the dryer to dry my ...clothes again because it simply does not work the way it’s expected. All in all, the amenities are not up to par with what we thought we were getting. Also, we have stopped asking for maintenance to fix anything because they never really do. Our airconditioner continues to fill with water that we have to empty weekly, our sliding glass door still is not fixed, our hallway closet door is still broken, and our dishwasher can’t open without us opening the bottom sink cabinet.Read More
