October 18, 2025After recently moving here, I have nothing but great things to say about the staff who helped me sign the lease. Kody and Juan were so helpful! September 13, 2025Everything is great so far, except the parking situation. It really broke my heart that my car got towed on moving day, I was unaware of the policy. As I was just moving in. I really hope we can find a solution for this.Property Manager Responded

June 12, 2025So, I’ve been living here for a month now, and I absolutely love it! Kaitlyn and Kody from the leasing office were the ones I mostly dealt with. They were incredibly fast, efficient, and very friendly. The property is always clean and smells great. I also love how easy it is to get packages delivered. I highly recommend this property. It’s a 9/10, but I’d still give it a 5-star location. The staff is very knowledgeable. I had a minor issue with my stove, and it was fixed the very next day thanks ...to the manager. All the common areas are well-kept up and fun to use. The only small cons are that I’d love my fob to open my front door, and the first-level parking garage door is still out of service. I also think don’t think the parking garage ever closes.Property Manager Responded

A must see option
April 18, 2022Moving from IL to AZ on short notice was quite stressful - however, the process with Juan and Norte Town Lake was quite seamless. Norte offers great accessibility to the highway allowing you to travel to Downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale or the East Valley in roughly 15-20 minutes. Not only is the complex quickly accessible to the highway but it is also surrounded by many restaurants, fitness options, salons, and outdoor activities. Although Juan was my primary contact, the other members of the front ...office and service team, Bianca, Magellan, and Jeff, have all been very kind and helpful. I have only had one service request (a loose dryer belt) that was resolved the day following my request to fix. The complex in general stays very clean and quite quiet, which is awesome. Overall, you can’t beat the location and quality of life living on Tempe Town Lake. I have enjoyed my first year here and look forward to my second. Hope this helps.Property Manager Responded

Very clean & responsive
August 17, 2021We moved from WI to AZ and chose Norte Town Apts without ever seeing it. I was hesitant, but the staff truly made the process so fast, easy and convenient. It’s the best apartment we could have ever asked for. Juan at the front desk is very kind and helpful, he makes a point to smile & wave every time we enter/exit the building! All office staff is amazing, they are almost always here and monitoring things, which makes us feel very safe. Maintenance requests are responded to very quickly, and the ...gentleman who handles the requests goes above and beyond, making sure you have everything fixed that you need while he’s there. Trash is never a problem, as there is a trash room on every floor, and it’s always clean! The interior & exterior of the building are very well kept, and the amenities are exceptional. We love how many comfy “hang out” spots there are around the building! We were pleasantly surprised at how quiet it is as well. We rarely hear our neighbors! The building does an excellent job at communicating with its residents via email. They have stepped up their security measures as well, which is much appreciated, being that we are in Tempe! Overall we love this building and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking!Property Manager Responded
