BUGS EVERYWHERE DO NOT RENT HERE
August 5, 2025If you’re considering moving here, think twice. I’ve been dealing with a severe cockroach infestation in my apartment for far too long. Roaches are in the kitchen, the oven (even the clock and light), and other areas that should be sanitary and livable. Despite repeated pest control visits, the problem hasn’t improved—in fact, it’s getting worse. What’s worse? The management’s response has been extremely disappointing. Instead of replacing infested appliances like my oven, they’ve opted for ...short-term chemical treatments that don’t address the root of the issue. I shouldn’t have to choose between unsafe appliances and unsafe living conditions. Tenants deserve clean, pest-free homes. October 24, 2022I lived here last year when it was called River Oaks Apartment and it was quiet, I didn't have any problems with neighbors in my building. It was just poor management which cause some of us to move. But the 1 thing I loved is the buildings had passcode to get inside. I don't live there now but seeing how new management is remodeling and showing care to residents. I'm happy to say moving back don't sound bad. Rent went up since the last time I lived there. Mold in Apartment, Complexes are falling apart, landlord is neglectful
June 1, 2022there’s mold growing in our apartment and all the apartments around me. it’s caused my family and I serious health problems and the landlord is fully aware of the situation, its been 2 days and all he’s tried to do was negotiate with us so we won’t sue. He’s made no effort on relocating us out of these horrid conditions, my closet roof has literally caved in due to the leak in the building itself and the black mold.
