Renters Reviews and Ratings
Overpriced
January 7, 2023The apartments are nice, but they increase rent every year. We got a letter about renewing our lease and was utterly condescending. Saying if you can no longer afford rent they can’t do anything about but can offer “money saving” ideas that are totally useless. We live in a studio and charge way more than it’s worth. Especially for a complex that has zero amenities aside from underground parking(only one space)and a community grill that serves all three buildings. Better off find a place that may ...charge an equal amount but has more amenities and care for their tenants. Do not recommend.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
