Got locked out of my apartment because the fancy latch security door system failed. 24 hour maintenance has yet to get back to me and I’m stuck out of my apartment. I can’t get in contact with anyone and it’s all ridiculous. Mind you, the app never alerted me there was an issue with battery or anything and is functioning fine for the main entrance. My assumption is they aren’t keeping up with changing the batteries of the locks. For an overpriced luxury apartment it isn’t as great as it ...

Update: four hours later and no word from anybody. Honestly could have been a dangerous situation given I also have a cat with special needs. This is absolutely ridiculous and regret signing a lease. Do NOT live here. I previously lived in Philly in a cockroach infested apartment and I can say with full confidence I’d rather live there.
