Pretty much garbage
June 7, 2021Unreasonable management plays favorites and only enforces parking violations when they feel like it, after over a year the amenities and office are still completely closed for covid and the entire complex is slowly becoming a place where people just leave their kids to run around and scream all day because of the lax management. Can't believe how little effort is going into running this place.Review from Apartments.com

May 26, 2021Well by the sheer quantity of reviews its pretty clear that the noise situation here has reached some kind of fever pitch. I imagine once enough tenets move out management will finally get the picture and do something, but the last thing anyone wants to hear after working all day is a screaming kid until night fall. Okay Rooms but unaccepable noise and parking

Nice Rooms but unlivable
May 14, 2021Despite the nice rooms there is pretty bad parking and noise complaints are generally not dealt with. The occasional party will have to be suffered but far worse as others have noted elsewhere is the screaming children running in the parking lot. Combine that with the lack of consistent parking enforcement and you will basically have to dodge children while trying to find one of the last spaces if you get off of work past 5 pm or want to go get dinner somewhere. Many have complained to management ...but nothing seems to have been done and since covid started management has basically shut down the office entirely so there is no one to get in touch with. May 14, 2021Decent rooms but thin walls. Noise from certain problem children is known to be a big issue but isnt addressed by management. Management is shut in since covid started in general so you are kind of on your own out here. Wouldnt recommend overall.Review from Apartments.com
Resident Manager Ruined my experience :(
October 19, 2016The resident manager April, seems to have a major attitude problem every time I encounter her. She seems to take her position as resident manager to the extreme. I have never actually seen her be pleasant to anyone. Not even to kids in the neighborhood. While I enjoy living here, the entire experience would be better with a different manager. I know myself and many other residents avoid the community center just to avoid April. That is not how a manager should make residents feel. Plus it is ...obstructing as we cannot take advantage of the amenities for fear of running into her and having her make a snide comment or trying to enforce hours that are shorter then the ones posted. Unless you want someone who is unpleasant and suffers from a constant power trip breathing down your neck i would not suggest living here.Property Manager Responded

Highly recommend these apartments
December 30, 2015My family moved across country (from FL) in Aug 2015 and we had not physically seen the apartment before moving in. However, the staff/management of North Country Manor were amazing and spent ample time on the phone and emailing us all the information we needed to feel comfortable before we made the move. The amenities of the apartment complex are wonderful, clean, and safe. The grounds of the apartments are well kept. The community is friendly, helpful, and family-friendly. I can attest that ...the matainence team is fast, courtious, and professional. The office/management staff make you feel at home and are always there to help as well. As for the apartment, it was clean and ready for us to move in, there's plenty of space, and the in-laundry unit is wonderful. The fireplace is one of my favorite features. The only downside is the kitchen and counter tops are a bit dated (but everything is in working order and still looks nice and is well-kept.) From someone who has lived in many apartments throughout life, I would highly recommend these apartments.Property Manager Responded

Juuuust Right
July 22, 2015When my husband informed me that we were moving to WA, the one amenity I would NOT live without was in-unit laundry. I could not even fsthomfathom the idea of trekking to a laundry room through the outdoors in the rain, in the cold and heaven forbid, the snow. Not only did he find me an in-unit laundry room but he managed to score one with a sweet 2bd/2ba attached to it! It's super cute and well taken care of. The maintenance crew is amazing; they always arrive in a timely manner, are ...knowledgeable capable and courtious. The community is...well, a community that does stuff together. They have yard sales, BBQ gatherings, kids' water fights in the lawn area. They are also really good at leaving you the heck alone for a night time swim or hot tub. All in all, this place is pretty great. It and the people helped me through the weighty transition from CA and continue to be a ray of sunshine breaking theoughthrough these grey skies.
