Would not recommend
July 12, 2024The rating for this apartment need to be a 0.6 instead of a 3.6. They send out reminders about rules regarding pets and trash however they didn't alert residents of a shooting that took place Monday night. There is consistent loud noise, weed smoking that you can smell in your apartment. There have been domestic violence incidents as well that the police were called. The gate is still broken and amenities continue to be added. This is not the same North Creek apartment from years ago. The actual ...company that owns the complex is in NJ. POOR MANAGEMENT
August 20, 2022If you’re looking for a place to stay, I highly DO NOT recommend this place. Terrible. Management is very ridiculous! Apartments are not in good condition. Bad environment. Gate has not been fixed. They don’t plan on fixing it honestly. Cars get broken into and stolen. I advise people to look else where!Review from Apartments.com

North creek apartments
July 12, 2017we lived at north creek for our 11 month lease and could not wait to get out of it. Our apartment reaked of marijuana most nights because of our neighbors. Complained multiple times to no avail. Our bill for our rent and pet deposit went up each month. There were always unexplained charges on each bill. When we asked about them, they always beat around the bush and gave a pitiful excuse to why we owed them more money. The MANAGER told us to leave a mattress and box springs in our apartment the ...day we were moving out. We did not want them, and she said she had someone in mind to give it to. After we moved out, we were charged $30 for leaving it in there after being told to. I do not recommend this complex to ANYONE. My first place!
August 31, 2015North Creek apartments a nice looking. From what I have seen they are clean. The former tenant took very good care of the apartment. The apartments have been renovated within the last few years, so they don't look brand new but they are up to date. I love that it has a washer and dryer within each apartment. The balcony is spacious. When I moved in there were a lot of dead bugs, but I haven't seen any live ones crawling around so I'm guessing an exterminator sprayed recently. The staff here are the best in the business, and go above and beyond to meet your needs and expectations,and a friendly and timely maintenance man is available 7 days a week. November 14, 2013I have lived here a little over a year, the office staff is really nice and if you ever have a maintenance issue, The maintenance staff get to you right away. I really enjoy living here at North Creek, it is nice and peaceful and the golf course is beautiful. My apartment is one of the newly upgraded apartments.
