December 4, 2024I have been here a month and it is better than expected! My studio apartment is perfect. My favorite part is the 2 huge closets and kitchen island. So cozy. Terrible quality of a building.
April 19, 2023The entire building is basically built out of dry wall. You will be able to hear every footstep of the people who live above you and every word your neighbor is saying from next door. The building overall is cheaply made and almost seems like it was rushed. Do not live hear if you want to be able to have privacy from your neighbors or to have some peace and quiet.Review from Apartments.com
Walls are thinner than my patience for the noisy neighbors
December 2, 2022You can clearly hear the nightly activities of your neighbors/moderate volume TV/Music through the very thin walls. The smell of marijuana is present everynight in the hallways and in the washer/dryer so your clothing will start smelling similar. Again, walls are very thin and you can hear everything your neighbors are doing and most likely the vice versa. So, less privacy*, but there is privacy in the staircase since there are NO SECURITY CAMERAS. So I have been using the single elevator that ...is present. Good things, very accessible to the train.
