RUN AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY
May 6, 2024Extremely poor Management, very poor property maintenance, they will complete your work order online but never show up to fix anything, the apartment is spacious but very outdated they will charge you for pet but they don't have designated trash can for pet poop for that big of apartment. many unit have not been rented out for years, every time you want to speak with a manager its always a third party management very disorganized and will delay any request you may have or simply ignore you. if ...you enjoy being frustrated, ripped off, not getting the benefit of what you pay for every month this is a perfect property for you.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Do Not Move into this properly
December 11, 2023Guide Property Management is by far the worst; I have never lived in an apartment where there is no accountability for their property. There method to fixing any major equipment is to duct tape the problem and hope it resolves itself, and management will never reach out, and even if you call, they will have a receptionist answer the phone simply to pretend that. someonewill contact you, but nothing happens. This is by far the worst living situation a person can be in, especially when management ...appears to care just about money. I wish I could give them a 0 star rating. If you are wanting to rent, do yourself a favor and stay as far away from Guide Property as possible because it is not only this property that has troubles, but all of them, including Willowbrook.If the owner reads this, I'd suggest you explore into hiring a different property management company.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
