Zero Complaints
December 17, 2021Definitely the best place to stay in Minot for a single military member. I lived here for about 18 months and had no complaints about it. The underground garage is a godsend in the winter, and the views from the balconies aren't bad in the summer. I never needed to interact with the staff much, which is a good thing because it means nothing really went wrong while I lived there, but the few times I did they were friendly and helpful. I'd happily recommend this place to anyone who's getting ...stationed at Minot AFB.Property Manager Responded

Very Nice Apartment
May 21, 2021It is only a short distance from base which I like as well as downtown. It has a gym, pool, and office area for all residents to use. The hallways are wide, the staff is always friendly and anytime I have a maintenance issue it is handled promptly within 24 hours.Property Manager Responded

Beware!
March 12, 2021Great place to live indoor trash, big master bath, and dog park a short walk away! However, they have outrageous move out fees! They charged us for carpet replacement for carpets that smelled awful on move in day! Advice from me, best to look somewhere else to rent from or just buy a house.Property Manager Responded
