Best Lease Signing Process We've Ever Had
July 7, 2021I strongly agree with all the other reviews that hold this place in high regard. It's very clean, plenty of ample assigned and unassigned parking, and the amenities of the pool, fitness room, and laundry are all excellent! It's a very quiet and friendly complex in close vicinity to the shopping center. Our 2 bed 2 bath unit had just undergone a renovation with new vinyl wood flooring and it is gorgeous, easy to clean, and seems to keep the living room much cooler than the carpeted rooms. There ...are several other aspects of the unit that look brand new, too. Thilda was our leasing agent and my wife and I want to express our absolute joy with our experience with her! She was thorough in walking us through our lease, very patient and extremely helpful with answering our questions and concerns. North Hill Park
August 4, 2015I've lived at these apartments going on a year and haven't had issues. The maintenance staff is a little slow, but always get our requests done. The apartment itself isn't anything special. We rent a 2 bedroom 2 bath for about $750. The grounds are clean and maintained well. Overall I would recommend North Hill Park!Review from Apartments.com
Beware of leaking ceiling!
September 8, 2014I lived in this apartment for about 1 year 3 month now, I got this roof leaking problem for this entire 2014 monsoon season. They said they had fixed this issue, but still there is leaking ceiling. Always raining outside, I had small rain in my bedroom. I am officially thinking of terminate the contract. What's more stupid, the manager said this leaking problem is common in Tucson. But the fact is I had lived more than 3 apartments earlier, none of them had this issue. This apartment is in a good location
April 13, 2014The apartments are in a very good location and there's plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. The pet deposit is a little steep and the rent is out of my reach. Great place to live
May 16, 2014I lived here for almost seven years, and actually miss living here at times! Yes, there were some issues that came up, but management was always on top of it and went above and beyond to set things right as soon as possible. Maintenence staff is great, grounds are well taken care of. I really enjoyed the location, it was nice being so close to Tucson mall, grocery stores and restaurants. Even though the surrounding neighborhood is sketchy in spots, I always felt safe at this complex. Knowing my ...neighbors and always locking/using a club on my car helped a lot. THE Best Place To Call Home!
March 13, 2014I have lived at North Park over 3 years now and I can honestly say that every night I come home after work I am assured of a quiet, comfortable, peaceful community. The grounds are kept beautiful at all times, the maintenance staff, Jessie and Joe, are very efficient and quick to respond to requests. Karen and Irma, in the office, are two of the most professional, yet warm and welcoming women I've met. The apartment homes are kept up to date and are aesthetically pleasing. Great place
April 22, 2014I really enjoyed my time here. Everyone is so nice and the place is usually quiet. My AC went out in the summer and I had no trouble with Karen & Irma. After it was clear that it couldn't be fixed they called me saying that they would replace my AC and that I could stay in their residential suite until it was fixed. I really have no complaints. I would be renewing my lease again if I were not moving to a new city. I would recommend this place to anyone. If you plan on partying or being loud ...though, this is not your place. This is a quiet apartment complex with many retirees and responsible tenants. Not a party complex. So if that is what you are looking you might as well look somewhere else.
