Best property manager I've ever had!!
May 3, 2022This community is very quiet and Nikki is what really makes this community thrive! I'm not sure why the main owner or supervisor is not able to keep a maintenance man on staff, but that is the only issue that I have experienced so far. Hopefully the supervisor or owner will get a good maintenance man and help him to stay. But above all else, Nikki works hard, cares about the people here and is so friendly to everyone. I can't imagine another Office Manager running these apartments. She is ...efficient, very warm-hearted and goes above and beyond for the people here despite the fact that the owner is not able to keep a maintenance person on staff. She is diligent and does everything on her own. I am very blessed to have found this community of kind and caring people. Nikki is also doing an amazing job of finding very kind people to live here because all of my neighbors are caring and helpful too. God answered my prayers with this community of amazing neighbors and Nikki.Property Manager Responded

Terrible, Greedy Complex
September 29, 2017Lived here for almost 4 years in one of the duplexes. The entire time the following occurred: - constant rent increase (not normal increases. I'm talking at least 100 and none of it was being put back into the community) - lawn men destroy all your personal items and leave dead grass in huge piles in your yard - maintenance takes forever to get things done (it's a small property. Shouldn't take a week to change out a specific filter they had in the ac unit) - charge you for every little thing ...- trash constantly all over the community, furniture laid out by the trash cans all the time - no amenities. None. None of the money you pay for rent goes into the community. All of it just goes into someone's pocket. - AVOID!Property Manager Responded
