Great Apartment
September 23, 2025I have been living at NorthLake apartment since 2021 and I am still here, Kim is a great apartment manager, she is always helping and always have a beautiful smile on her face, that's the kind of management I like seeing. NorthLake may have it's little problem but that's everywhere.. the only reason it didn't get a 5 star is because nothing isn't perfect.Property Manager Responded

Great community
July 30, 2024I just renewed my lease for the 3rd time. A lot of the review I see are misleading. Office staff can not complete a work request it has taken 1-2 days for a fix that I wouldn’t consider an emergency and no more than 24 hours for an emergency. DON'T DO IT!
July 18, 2024This was the worst apartment decision of my life. I have had SO many maintenance issues and it takes 1 month or more for anything to get fixed. We also have roaches. You cannot get any help from the office. They hardly ever answer their phones and have changed their email address multiple times! Poor management and not nearly enough maintenance for a place that is falling apart.Property Manager Responded

June 9, 2023I wish I took heed to the negative reviews, they are all 100% accurate. Management is a hot mess, they are rude and incompetent, maintenance takes forever to fix anything, there’s not enough parking after 8 o clock and they will have your car towed away for a number of reasons, to a janky towing company that doesn’t even have an office. Don’t let the free first month rent fool you, it’s a ploy for new residents because all of the old ones are leaving! October 19, 2022Awful management who doesn’t care about their residents. Takes forever to get anything fixed. No emergency maintenance. My downstairs neighbors apartment flooded and she had to wait 3 days for anyone to even come out. Bug problems. Mold growing all over. Avoid at all costs. It is NOT worth the price they charge. Even the “updated” units are not really updated except for some wallpaper and a sink. Horrible horrible units and management. I can’t wait to get out. September 22, 2022My lease is up Oct 31, 2022 and I can not wait to leave this place. I been living in North Lakes Apartments for 4 years. The management company that was original here has since left. The new management company that has taken over since has gone downhill. All you got to do is try and call the office and NOBODY will pick up the phone. However there is 5 people in the office sitting around chatting and laughing. I had came to the office recently to ask if they can fix a issue, I was met with ...rudeness and then they have the nerve to get mad when you match their same energy. Nightmare don't move here
August 11, 20221). Nothing ever get fixed. 2). (manager) she is horrible. My son door came off and hit him in the head. Remind you I asked them to fix that door when I moved in. When I told her, she said that's not a priority at this time. 3). My rent is a different price ever month. 4). They never know anything. 5). My sink, toilet, and dishwasher ( backed up with sewer water so funky)I have to put bleach in the dishwasher and run it every other day.been broke since I moved in. Only 2 burns on my stove ...works. 6)the area is nice but the apartment is -5. 7). When my refrigerator went out, I had to wait almost a month for a new one. worst apartment experience
November 5, 2021it's been issues since day one - management always giving the run around. nothing gets done unless you complain to the head manager and even still, not everything gets resolved. paying almost $900 a month just for a mediocre apartment with bugs that i have been complained about. been told numerous times i was put on a list, yet still living with roaches. not worth it. not my ideal first one-bedroom apartment experience.Review from Apartments.com
Doesn’t care about residents

There is mold growing on our floors that has made me ill, our fridge doesn’t work, our sink doesn’t work, our door is broken.
