So far so good
July 30, 2022I love living here, very quiet neighborhood even on weekends. The neighbors are friendly and the and the maintenance is always on time. This place has security late at night as well, I am very comfortable walking around late at night if I have to. Can’t beat the price. Interiors may need some updates but they are functional. Love This Place! Very Affordable and Professional Staff!
July 22, 2022My family and I love living here! We have lived here for 8 years and can't imagine moving. It is so nice to be able to walk to the stores when we need something. Everything in our apartment works and it is a friendly atmosphere. The maintenance team is so fast and very kind. I have recommended friends to live here and they are happy here as well. They are the worst

Horrible place
June 15, 2022Horrible place, full of insects and roaches, very old and everything inside is broken,. My apartment smells so bad I see a lot roaches everyday start from the first day I moved. Horrible management and they don’t care about anything. Be careful when you deal with them on the phone don’t believe anything on the phone. Scary place I don’t recommended anyone to move there at all. Save your money an try to find a place somewhere else.Property Manager Responded

January 20, 2022I would definitely recommend North Mountain Village Apts to all my friends and family. The management is very easy to work with. Plus, the office is always involved with the community, by having planned activities for the people that live here. I have never seen that at any apartments I have lived at, through out the years. AVOID BY ALL COST
January 7, 2022Moved here from out of state back in September. Let’s just say I moved in and out in the same day. These pictures are very deceiving. The community is dirty and the apartments are filthy!!! They allowed me and boyfriend to move into a roach infested apartment! And it wasn’t until we got all our stuff in did we notice. The back bedroom was infested. They were all in the carpet and coming out of the walls. Ruined our mattress and some other things! We also had drug addicts below us, picking up ...cigarette butts off the ground to smoke. I wouldn’t allow my worst enemy to live here. Unsafe neighborhood.Property Manager Responded
