Worst Property Management Ever
September 16, 20254 leaks in my apartment in one year. Their number for maintenance redirects to a third party in a different country. It is impossible to speak to anyone who actually works for North Park Properties. Even going to their office in person is hopeless as the people there have no authority to escalate issues. Do not rent from North Park Properties.Review from Apartments.com
poor management
January 4, 2024Management is impossible to get a hold of. You will never be able to talk to someone directly. They use a third party maintenance service. Calling to talk to an apartment manager always goes to voice mail. They only return calls 50% of the time. I have had 4 water leaks in the last 12 months. They don’t do preventative maintenance and do shotty jobs on requires repairsProperty Manager Responded
